Well, I took the weather sticker code at the site The Weather Underground (http://www.wunderground.com/) and I put it on the code of my layout using the layers customizing (it's an option for paid accounts).
I guess it would be possible to put the code in some free layout as in the Smooth Sailing theme, because recently LJ enabled HTML in the free text boxes. But I am not absolutely sure because I never tried with the weather sticker code.
