Greatest journal

Hey, I've been noticing that a lot of people are getting a Greatest Journal account. I guess the reason is the last news about Six Apart wanting to turn LJ more youth orientated *rolls eyes* (check the [UPDATE] section in THIS LINK or HERE at txvoodoo's LJ to know more about it).

I am amavel_bel at GJ as well and I have that account since, well, 2004. I haven't been using it, but if I have to leave LJ eventually (I hope not), I will reactivate my GJ account. Anyone who has a GJ account, feel free to add me there, okay?

By the way, I would like to know how many people of my friends list has a GJ account *wonders*.


PS.: Did you know that you can have 2000 userpics in GJ?

Oh yeah, 2000 user pics here would be great (and their user pics can have 60 kbytes). And at GJ every style is free, even the Component one.

Yeah, 2000 user pics. And more, all the paid features at LJ are free at GJ, like voiceposts, photo hosting, mood themes and custom styles. It's great, isn't it?

I got one! Same name...different style and stuff cause I wasnt bothered to do anything with it...or maybe I did. Dunno havent been there for ages. I just host some icons there from time to time.

Then I got one for my Dawn Summers rolpley but most roleplays on GJ die fast. Sometimes you get lucky though

Sim, todos os códigos S1 Generator que eu fiz funcionam lá no GJ. Só não tenho certeza dos meus S2, porque acredito que Smooth Sailing e Flexible Squares foram criados exclusivamente pro LJ.

Aliás, tudo que é pago no LJ é grátis no GJ, inclusive aquele lance de customização de layout com programação, mood theme, voiceposts e muito mais. É mesmo tentador pegar as malas e mudar pra lá, hehe. Até já adicionei muita gente no GJ hoje por conta do pessoal querendo garantir uma conta de backup por lá.

Greatestjournal is basically like Livejournal, cos both were built on the same code. And all the paid LJ features are free in GJ. Well, it's an option if LJ decides to despise us.

Yeah, I noticed this vanishing thing. It's better just to upload the userpics if using the GJ account regularly.
