*stares at the window*

I'm seeing soap bubbles flying in the wind outside my window. And I'm at the 2nd floor. Weird.

Anyway, I have nothing to do right now, then I decided to make some recs.

- CLICK HERE to read [livejournal.com profile] sueworld2003's report about her dinner with James Marsters (lucky lucky girl). She has some nifty vids in her LJ as well.

- Fic Volcano by [livejournal.com profile] shylahmask, part 1 and part 2. A very great reading.

- And if you want to be shocked, SEE THIS. That's what we can call a very offensive action figure of Mary Jane *snorts*.

Sue's entries are flocked, unfortunately. Wow, that Sideshow figure is just so awful. Why'd they even bother putting clothes on her?

Oops, I didn't notice Sue's entry was flocked, sorry.

And that figure is disgusting beyond words. Can't believe Marvel and Sideshow approved something like that. And worst, I took a look at Sideshow comments section (http://www.sideshowtoy.com/behindtheshow/?page_id=2816) on the page with the said action figure and all the guys are drooling and praising the "great piece of art". Such a shame *sighs*.

PS.: Apparently they have been deleting all the comments badmouthing that statue. I've just posted there and I'm curious to see how long my comment will stay there.

Hmm, well good to know they're getting some complaints even if they are covering them up. I don't buy Sideshow figures anyway but now I have another reason not to.

I saw that Mary-Jane Statue from a distance but seeing close up--damn that feels like a slap in the face. I've seen three MJ statues, one with her holding roses, another in her wedding dress killed by zombie Spider-man and now this. And we all know that Aunt May started washing Peters' costume in the comics but I guess none of the fanboys would want that pose. :P Not that I expect much from Marvel these days after the goblins babies and Sideshow after canceling the BTVS/ATS lines.

Sometimes I just don't get people. And the worst thing is to see all those men on the comments section being excited by the statue and saying that they wanted one of that in real size *snorts*.

I heard about the BtVS/AtS lines cancellation. What a pity :(((((. At least I managed to get my 12" inch Angel and Spike in time.

I also read some men saying how people were "over reacting" and the ones complaining weren't even Spider-Man fans. Whatever I was buying four Spider-Man titles awhile back. And it's not like it's an ironic pose for Mary-Jane either. That would be when she first sees Peter face to face and confidently tells him that he hit the jackpot. She knew how guys felt about her and didn't need to bend over to flaunt it. *ahem* Sorry for the rant.

I got the City of Angel, You're Welcome Cordelia but since I couldn't find human Spike at a decent price I got Subway Spike. (He's got a weird tan line.)
