Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Last night I watched Pirates of the Caribbean 3 with my bf, sister and niece!!! I loved it!!!

Just one reminder: if you're going to watch the movie, please, watch it until the very end... there's a beautiful scene after the credits ;-).

The last scene, after the credits, shows Elizabeth and her 10 years old son in a cliff and they were watching the horizon for Will to come back. And then there was a flash of a green light and up from the sea came the Flying Dutchmen ship and Will looked over and smiled. I guess because Elizabeth remained faithful, the curse was lifted and Will could be alive again to be with Elizabeth and their son.

It was a beautiful scene.

Just came from the movie and love it! It was the most fun I've had at the movies in awhile. The part at the end was sweet.

Yeah, the movie is so much fun!!! And about the last scene, I guess the curse was lifted because Elizabeth remained faithful, coming to meet Will after 10 years. He came to stay with her and his son, right?

I thought that Will could still only meet her once every 10 years on land. Guess I'll have to rewatch that sometime to make sure. Of course that didn't stop Davey Jones in the movie, he just used a bucket of water to be able to stand on the land. Makes you wonder what kind of fanfic will come out of this.

There's a lot of confusion about the end. I left the movies thinking the same as you. But then I started surfing on net and I found out that people were talking that the curse was lifted. The writers should make things clearer *sighs*.
